These Bliss Balls from from Maria Giulia are a perfect and healthy energy bites. Simple and delicious made with ViaVio Emerson’s Dairy Champion Award Mascarpone!
INGREDIENTS: makes 20 balls
200g Hazelnuts
12 Gourmet dates
4 tbs ViaVio Mascarpone
1 tbs Honey
90 g Dessicated cononut
STEPS:
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place dates, hazelnuts and honey into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form. The mixture should feel a little sticky, add the ViaVio Mascarpone last and give a gentle blend.
3. Using your hands, roll a tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls and place the balls on the prepared tray. 4. Pour the shredded coconuts onto a plate or flat surface and roll the balls in it to coat. Return them to the prepared tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. Serve the Mascarpone Bliss Balls straight from the fridge, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
