An easy desert that combines the creaminess of mascarpone with the sweetness of honey and the crunchiness of walnuts!
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
250g ViaVio Mascarpone
100g Honey
50g Walnuts
2 eggs
30 g sugar
STEPS:
Separate the yolks from the whites.
In a bowl whip yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Add ViaVio mascarpone and mix gently.
In another bowl whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mascarpone and egg yolk mixture. Add the chopped walnuts and mix everything well.
Pour the cream obtained into single-portion cups and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, garnish with a drizzle of honey and some whole Walnuts.
