Tiramisù with Mascarpone

One of the most famous deserts from North of Italy. The name Tiramisù itself means "pick me up” or "cheer me up" in Italian most likely referring to the two caffeinated ingredients that are present in the dish, espresso and cocoa.

  2. Dunk the savoiardi in the coffee mixture for a second or two, making sure they don’t turn soggy.

  3. In a serving dish alternate a layer of mascarpone cream and a layer of savoiardi. Repeat and finish with a cream layer.

  4. Sift cocoa evenly over the top. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours before serving.
